Didn’t work for me

Traditions Nitrofire. Way too tight. Worried about pressure. Second stuck halfway down barrel. Had to ram it out. Wanted to like it but I’ll stick to my scorpions.

Barnes from the start

I have used Barnes Bullets in my center fire rifles since Barnes first started. I actually field tested some of thier first bullets for them. Has always been my GO TO hunting round, so as I've started hunting with a Muzzle loader, it was a natural choice. Always get the performance I need.

Barnes® Spit Fire TMZ Bullets - 250 Grain

Very high-quality product. Very consistent out of my Knight original DISC rifle.

Fantastic Round

During preseason prep for my Coues Deer Hunt in AZ, I was consistently getting 2" groups at 200yds with this round using my Pursuit G4 Ultralight and 100 grains of 777 pellets. Jumping ahead, I drilled a Coues buck at 200 yds. He dropped about 100 yds later. Round went through both chest walls with a 3" exit wound. Definitely will be using this round again.

The best

I've been using these for years and love them. Sub MOA groups at 100 yards out of my Accura.
