I purchased my Pietta.44 cal. It feels good in the hand! Has a very smooth action. I'll het Yeats of pleasure firing it.

I have ten Piettas, all in 44 caliber. I'm sort of a collector of the different models. These two Pietta Rebel Colt 44 brass frames with no etching on the cylinders are my go to, down and dirty guns, loaded and for use at all times. Each gun is a little different and you have to adapt, change them or finish them off sometimes to suit your needs. One of the two I bought has a stronger trigger spring than the other and the other, I had to finish the handles off a little because they didn't fit perfectly for my wants. I am not saying anything is wrong with them as is, because they are great right out of the box. I just have to tinker with them to suit my wants. The shot barrels make them quicker for engagements, if it comes to that, and handier to transport. I like them very much and they are of high quality. A little tip is that when you remove all the oils from the guns to coat them with Ballistol, after disassembly, I use brake cleaner to thoroughly do the job so there will be no crude clean-up at all when shot. I would give these guns the highest rating as they are excellent tools, the price is good but not as good as before the ruined the economy, and they come packaged well and were here the following day after ordered!

It is a very nice, smooth action pistol. Easy to use, and EXACTLY as advertised! Light in weight, and great fun to shoot. Easily recommend with no thought of unsatisfaction.
