The Endura PRO muzzleloader, is purpose-built to handle the most challenging hunts, from wide-open plains to steep, unforgiving backcountry terrain with precision, reliability, and confidence.

Designed for powerful long-range performance CVA recommends using Blackhorn 209 powder or specifically recommended modern smokeless rifle powders in the new Endura Pro Muzzleloader Rifle. In combination with the Powerbelt ELR 285grain bullet. With exhaustive field testing CVA has compiled a list of optimal loads that can be seen in the chart below.

The barrel and action on the CVA™ Endura Pro features a Nitride treated Bergara barrel. The .45 caliber barrel on this muzzleloader is 26” long, with a threaded muzzle to accept muzzle brakes at ¾” x 20. To properly stabilize the high BC muzzleloading bullets used in this muzzleloader, the Pro features a 1:22” twist rate. The Bergara™ barrel on the Endura Pro features interrupted fluting for lighter weight and greater heat dispersion. The Endura Pro features a free-floated barrel, which removes the under-barrel ramrod. The Endura Pro will ship with a collapsible .45 caliber carbon-fiber ramrod.

The CVA™ Endura Pro Muzzleloader features the patented VariFlame™ Ignition System for a faster, hotter and more consistent powder burn. While most muzzleloaders use 209 primers, the VariFlame™ System in the Endura allows for the use of large rifle primers. Included with the Endura Pro Rifle is a special tool that will allow you to remove spent primers from the VariFlame™ adapters so you can reuse the adapters multiple times. With the initial rifle purchase, each customer will receive a pack of VariFlame™ Adapters, as well as the VariFlame™ re-priming tool.
