This revolver arrived in a timely manner. Within 2 days in fact. They are known to sometimes arrive with timing issues or burrs in the sharp corners of the metal from machining (which wouldn't be the website's fault by the way but rather Pietta's), but with a little help from the MASSIVE amount of information on YouTube you can take care of these issues at home very easily. Personally mine arrived in great working order. If you want to take yours to the next level and make it even better I would suggest doing a little research on YouTube. The first thing I personally did was replace the nipples with some stainless steal options available here on the website. They fit #11 caps and I have NEVER had a jam or a cap fall off. I also took the revolver apart and de-greased it, de-burred, and lubed it. You can find videos online that will show this process. If this is your only option because of your circumstances, then it's a GOOD ONE. As long as you do your research and take the time to properly learn you will be impressed with the capabilities of this revolver. I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would absolutely recommend this website/revolver to my friends. They have all the parts for repair you could ever need and all the accessories available too. The only time shipping takes a little longer is if you are buying BP replacements or percussion caps. But even those came fairly quickly. Accuracy is good considering the barrel length, the included brass rod for reloading will get you by, but I also recommend getting the loading press available on the website (as other commenters have). You will also want to grab yourself a nipple wrench ASAP. Pietta is known to do test firing with these and some fouling can get inside of the nipple threads. When I went to change mine on day 1 there was brown "gunk" that appeared to be a mix of rust and fouling. There was no damage and it was easily removed with "ballistol" which I also highly recommend purchasing to care for these revolvers. These guns can be somewhat involved in preparing, caring, and maintaining... but I consider that to be a part of the fun experience of owning one! If you want something easy, modern, and fast then you are looking in the wrong place. If you want something classic, timeless, fun, involved, and something that you can make your own from the moment it arrives (or something you need because of your "situation") than this is the one to get! Tiny enough to carry or conceal, reliable enough to depend on, and LOTS of fun to plink, maintain, and to learn with. If you have any questions regarding this revolver than again... YouTube is your BEST FRIEND. God Bless America and God Bless you.
