Well Built & Versitile

On first impression, this loading press is very well built. It is much sturdier than many others I have seen, the only plastic part on the press is the ball handle and it is made of a very thick and strong polymer from what I can tell. The press operates smoothly and is able to load every revolver I have been able to find. The variety of loading tips makes it compatible with a variety of caliber sizes as well. The price is a bit higher than all the other loading presses I have seen, however, in my assessment it is well worth the extra price. The cheap plastic presses break and have to be replaced frequently. I do not imagine I will ever have that problem with one of these. I would highly recommend this press for every cap and ball revolver shooter out there.

It'll last forever

if you rustproof the unfinished steel with some coating, and it'll cut you if you don't dress all of the sharp edges. The brass collar that controls depth has to be loosened to allow the cylinder clearance for removal. Then you have to find your mark and tighten the setscrew again. Kinda fiddly to do for every cylinder. It sure beats loading it mounted on a pistola. This thing won't break and you won't be replacing it. Shipped quickly after ordering.
