Description

The 1863 Pocket Remington black powder revolver is a smaller version of the 1858 Remington revolver. This revolver features a 5 shot cylinder and functions in a similar manner to the full sized pistol. The trigger is unique on this pistol as it features a spur trigger without a traditional trigger guard.


This model features beautiful wooden grips, a brass frame and short 3.5 inch barrel. The pistol is great fun to shoot and features a low recoil .31 caliber barrel for an enjoyable experience.

    Bad purchase

    the ball it calls for doesn't fit, you need a size .321. Also you can't put a ball on the cylinder to load it. if you set a ball on cylinder you can't turn the cylinder to get ball under loading lever. i wish i never purchased it. My pistol is the pocket brass Remington. i guess the other non brass pocket Remingtons are o.k. and the balls it calls for fit.
