Great Customer Service

Having received a Hawken kit gun as a gift, I noticed I was missing a small screw. I might have misplaced it or might have been missing from the package. Anyway I reached out to Muzzle-Loaders and it was replaced immediately at no charge. I was elated with their customer service and will most definitely continue to order from them.

I recently found myself back into muzzle loading and ordered a cleaning kit. When I received it it was not what I thought it to be. I emailed back and Chance called me. I am 83 years old and have never felt with a more pleasant customer service person as helpful as Chance. He corrected my mistake immediately.
