Pietta Hand & Spring - For 1858 New Army Revolvers - 440

Muzzle Loaders .com is my go to supplier.

Perfect fit , works great

Filed slightly to take the pointy edge off. Had to bend the spring back further to get enough tension on it. It might be my revolver though. It's an older brass frame

Perfect what I needed

I just received the Hand and will try fitting it to my original Remington .44. I assume I will need to do some modifications but I hope it is close to the original. My 161 year old .44 occasionally has started to not fully engage the cylinder every time so I thought I’d try this as a replacment and save the original from further wear.
