Description

Warne™ Maxima M902/876 2-Piece Scope Bases fit all CVA muzzleloader riflesThe Maxima™ Steel Scope Bases are designed as a Weaver-style base, which is one of the strongest and most versatile mounting systems available today. The low profile of the Warne Steel Bases give your firearm a sleek look, as well as a solid and durable platform for your scope.

When used in conjunction with Warne™ Maxima QD Rings, the shooter is able to utilize the open sights by looking over the top of the bases without sacrificing the normal shooting position behind the firearm. Warne™ Maxima Bases also offer a full width recoil slot in each base. This feature allows the recoil control keys of Warne Rings to attain maximum bearing surface. These bases provide a strong alternative to aluminum and come with attached high tensile strength Torx-style screws, 25 in/lb. of torque is recommended.

Not good

Love Warne products. I have a bunch of different rings and bases. But these two piece bases were bad. We purchased two sets for two Optima V2 muzzleloaders. They were very cockeyed and crooked on both guns. Sent them back and bought Muzzle-Loaders one piece bases. They worked great.
We thought at first maybe the guns holes were off. But after looking over the bases something just looked wrong. Anyway no big deal. Muzzle-Loaders took care of us.
