How to Build a Muzzleloader Rifle Kit | Part 7 | Bluing the Steel

In Part 7, we show you how to cold-blue steel!

Materials/Tools:

For this step, we recommend the Birchwood Casey Bluing Kit, which includes (in case you have them lying around your home or shop)

• A clean rag/cloth/paper towels
• Cleaner/degreaser
• Disposable/rubber gloves.
• Large swabs/bluing daubers
• Liquid Bluing
• Rust-Prevention
• Sponge -Steel wool

You'll also need a source of cold water: a basin, hose, etc.
