Updated as of 10/1/2025 - Delaware requires that all muzzleloading weapons used for hunting Deer must be "...no smaller than .42 caliber with a barrel length of at least 20 inches." Additionally "Muzzleloaders may be equipped with scopes." Weapons must be loaded from the muzzle using a manufacturer's approved black powder propellant. All projectiles must be spherical or conical.
