2021 CVA Accura MR-X Muzzleloaders Announced

New for 2021, CVA® has introduced the new and improved Accura muzzleloaders. The CVA Accura MR-X™ and LR-X™ are upgraded models from the previous Accura line, while still bringing many of the best features over. With an upgraded stock that features an adjustable comb, these muzzleloaders will be ready for scopes with varying ring heights, as well as open sights. This makes these muzzleloaders more versatile, as well as more customizable to the individual shooter.

Previously, there were four models of CVA Accura’s in the line. For 2021, the Accura muzzleloader lineup will be reduced to two models that cover the entire spectrum of hunters and shooters. To replace the Accura MR and V2, CVA has introduced the Accura MR-X, which will feature a 26” Bergara barrel. This new muzzleloader will feature Nitride-treated barrels with a CeraKote exterior, as well as threaded muzzles for the ability to utilize a muzzle brake. Popular features such as the adjustable trigger, QRBP, and SoftTouch™ stock will be carried forward on these muzzleloaders as well.

The CVA X-Treme™ stock is one of the major upgrades to the Accura rifles, which allows for several inches of adjustment on the cheekpiece. This will accommodate open sights, as well as scope mounts from low to ultra-high. The adjustment lock on this adjustable comb is inset to accommodate both right and left-handed shooters alike. The X-Treme stock will allow for more versatility in these muzzleloaders, which is certainly a welcome change.
