Description

The Pedersoli™ 1861 Springfield Percussion Rifle was originally manufactured in 1861, in limited quantities, by the “Springfield” Armoury, this replica, authentically reproduces one of America’s most historical firearms. More efficient than the earlier smooth bored muskets used during the American Civil War, the 1861 Springfield was a revelation in accuracy and dependability.

pedersoli 1861 rifle

This rifle is very good looking and shots very good groups.....to shoot 100-yard targets I have to put the top of the front sight at the very bottom of the rear sight ....and then it hits 6 inchs high. I shoot the lyman minie 50 grains old rumsford FFG 4inch groups....I get a flyer every so often.
