Description

The Muzzle-Loaders™ Black Powder Revolver Loading Stand is designed to fit .36 and .44 caliber revolver cylinders. The Pistol Loading Stand allows for easy loading of the chambers of any cylinder when removed from the pistol. The Loading Stand fits all 1851, 1860, 1873 Colts and 1858 Remington revolvers. The stand comes with an additional spacer for cylinders with larger diameter holes.


HOW TO USE:

1. Easy to use, simply screw the proper caliber jag onto the loading arm screw and the stand is ready to use

2. Load the desired powder charge and wad to the pistol cylinder.

3. Place the projectile over the cylinder hole and press the projectile down on top of the charge.

4. If needed, add wading on top of the projectile to keep it from falling out of the barrel.

Loading Stand.

The stand is sturdily built and works very well. I am going to add a spacer to the standing post to gain a little height to better facilitate my Remington New Model Army cylinder. We’ll worth the cost.

Needed a bit of modification

Loading a pepperbox pistol is a struggle because they don't have a rammer to push the balls into the cylinders. This loader is perfect except for a pepperbox cylinder is twice as long as a normal black powder revolver. To fix this loader I added piece of pipe to raise the lever to the proper height.

Looks like a great product, yet to use it tho

Reload stand

Great item to have with the additional cylinder to be able to shoot without having to stop to reload after five shoots. The only comment I can make about this item is that the edges are sharp but with a little sandpaper it can easily be sanded and ready for use. Yes, I would recommend this to anyone who owns a Black powder revolver just for the convenience. Yes you can live without it, but why since it's available and price moderately.
