Shipping protection

I ordered the pack of 250 RWS #11 percussion caps along with some Wonderlube patches. The order was split for shipping due to the Hazardous content. Everything worked out ok, though I was told the caps were coming USPS and I got a UPS notice for them also. The patches came FedEx. So it was a little confusing. Plus I was told the caps would need a signature but they were just dropped at the door. Not to get the driver in trouble here. It was ok I live at the end of a dirt road.

Gemmer hawken kit

The kit came with all the the parts and in a box that protects all the pieces from shipping damage the barrel lugs are spot welded to the barrel and one of mine popped off so I have to dovetail the barrel to put it together the flintlock main spring is week and needs to be compressed so this is not a bad kit to buy but not for novice builders
