Description
The CVA® QR™ Breech Plug for Nitride guns is designed for use with all loose powder and pelletized muzzleloading propellants. Nothing affects the performance of your muzzleloader more than a clean breech plug for consistent ignition and better overall accuracy. While the Nitride process is not done on these breech plugs, they do feature a 'black oxide', which protects from rust and corrosion, while still giving the same appearance as the Nitride barrels.
This replacement breech plug is designed to work with all Nitride CVA Accura V2 & MR, Optima and Wolf models, 2010 or newer. This plug is optimal for whatever type of propellant you choose to use, whether loose or pelletized. The Replacement Quick Removable Breech Plug (QRBP), makes removal and cleaning your muzzleloader a breeze. Simple step-by-step instructions included with the plug, along with the enclosed fitting tool aid in snug-fitting the QRBP to the barrel. Each QRBP™ is custom fitted to your barrel, making it easy to install and remove. Once the breech plug is installed, the plug can again be easily removed by hand.
