The Pedersoli® 1805 Baker Muzzleloader Rifle is a faithful reproduction of one of the most recognizable military rifles of the Napoleonic era. Based on the 1805 pattern, this reproduction combines the historic appearance of the original Baker Rifle with the quality and craftsmanship Pedersoli is known for.

Originally developed by British gunsmith Ezekiel Baker, the Baker Rifle entered service with the British Army in the early 1800s and remained in use for several decades. Unlike the smoothbore military muskets commonly issued at the time, the Baker featured a rifled barrel designed to provide greater accuracy at extended distances. It became closely associated with British rifle regiments.

Pedersoli's reproduction is a .625 caliber with a 1:120 twist and 30 inch barrel. The rifle is equipped with an adjustable rear sight and bayonet lug, staying true to the military character of the original design. The walnut stock is complemented by traditional brass furniture, while the lock features solid steel internal components. An aged silver finish on the lock helps complete the rifle's period correct appearance.

With an overall length of 45 7/16 inches and a weight of approximately 8.4 pounds, the Pedersoli Baker Rifle offers historical shooters, collectors, and reenactors an impressive reproduction of an important early military rifle.
