Smokeless powders are not legal. Telescopic sights are prohibited. (Exception: No magnification (1x) scopes are legal.)
Elk, Moose & Bighorn Sheep - Centerfire rifles of .50 caliber or larger using smokeless powder are prohibited. Muzzleloading rifles or single-shot muzzleloader pistols of .50 caliber or larger are legal."

- Muzzleloading rifles must be .45 cal minimum for deer hunting
- Muzzleloading handguns must be .50 cal minimum
- Muzzleloading rifles must be .50 cal minimum for Elk, Moose & Big Horn Sheep
- Smokeless powder is prohibited
- Scopes are not allowed except no magnifying 1X scopes
